Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30‑day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your items.

To qualify for return, goods must be unused, uninstalled, with original tags and full original packaging. Purchase proof is required.
Please contact us at xindongmao@outlook.com to start a return. Return address will be provided after your request is approved.
We do not accept returned goods sent back without prior application. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Damaged & Wrong Items
Please inspect goods upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you receive defective, damaged or wrong items.

Non‑returnable Items
Custom‑cut paint protection film (PPF) can NOT be returned once cut.
Custom‑made, personalized items are also non‑returnable.
